Our agent stands at their shop and drops a pin. Not an address they typed, a place we went.
A Duam staff member physically stood at their workshop or home and pinned it. Not a form they filled online.
Every artisan is vouched for by a real person we can call: a union chairman, a landlord, a salon owner. For anyone working alone inside your home, we require two, and the second cannot be family.
Calls run through a private line. The artisan never sees your real number, and that line stops working two hours after the job closes.
For your safety and theirs. It is also how we settle any argument about what was agreed.
We hold your payment and release it only when you hand over your 4-digit code. No code, no money.
For cleaning, hair, nails and lashes you can require a woman. It is a hard filter. We will not send a man.
If the fix fails within 90 days, we send someone back free.
Call us on the number in your booking. We have the recording, the artisan's verified identity, their address and their guarantor. That is the whole reason to book through Duam instead of taking a number off a wall.
